4+ years of experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ development, configuration, and support. Solid understanding of identity governance, provisioning, and access management concepts. Proficiency in Java, Beanshell, and XML for SailPoint IdentityIQ customizations. Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ integrations, including connectors to systems like Active Directory, LDAP, databases, and applications. Familiarity with web services (REST/SOAP) and APIs for system integrations. Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to managing complex IAM configurations. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Python for integration and automation tasks. Experience with regulatory and compliance frameworks like SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, and other security standards. SailPoint IdentityIQ certification is a plus. Prior experience in an Agile or DevOps environment
