Hiring: Inbound Logistics Supervisor Location: Gurugram (No relocation) | Global Coordination | Full-Time CTC: Up to 11 LPA Experience: Minimum 5 years in inbound logistics or international supply chain A leading global retail brand is seeking an experienced Inbound Logistics Supervisor to oversee and manage inbound logistics operations across regions, including EU and APAC. The ideal candidate will ensure timely, compliant, and cost-effective shipment execution through strong coordination with international teams, suppliers, and freight partners. Key Responsibilities: * Manage inbound bookings via platforms like SAIL and select optimal shipping methods * Track in-transit shipments and maintain real-time updates in internal systems * Coordinate all customs documentation, including Invoices, COO, and Declarations * Serve as a liaison with global offices, suppliers, forwarders, and customs agents * Ensure 100% accuracy in documentation and customs compliance * Support shipment readiness, reporting, and process improvement initiatives * Monitor and report on key KPIs such as clearance timelines and on-time delivery Requirements: * UG/PG degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field * Strong understanding of global shipping processes and platforms (SAIL, ASN tools) * Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and shipment tracking tools * Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented, and deadline-driven environment This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a global retail supply chain operation and grow in a high-impact, fast-moving environment.
