As an experienced Embedded Software Engineer, you will collaborate with the architecture team to design scalable, secure, and high-performance platform infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include translating stakeholder requirements into robust and scalable software systems, evaluating emerging technologies for improvements, and designing, developing, testing, and documenting embedded software components and applications. You will troubleshoot and resolve complex application and infrastructure issues alongside cross-functional teams and lead Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes. In this role, you will drive capacity planning and scalability efforts, develop detailed technical documentation, and promote continuous improvement and Agile best practices. As a member of the design team within the WSP Energy Transition team, you will be responsible for preparing drawings with calculations, technical design, and layout design using available CAD/CAE methods. It will be your duty to ensure completion of work within the programme and allotted hours. You will also take on the designer role on Energy projects.
