Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic and experienced Head of Sales to lead and oversee all aspects of our sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving revenue growth across multiple channels. You will play a crucial role in shaping our sales vision and execution, ensuring that we meet our business objectives while maintaining strong customer relationships and optimizing sales performance. Key Responsibilities: Define and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business goals and revenue targets. Lead, mentor, and inspire the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Provide coaching and professional development to ensure the team's growth. Drive the sales pipeline and revenue growth through new business acquisition, cross-selling, and upselling opportunities. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to continuously adapt the sales strategy. Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to the executive team on progress toward goals and key metrics. Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and customer satisfaction. Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the sales team to drive performance and accountability. Qualifications: Proven 10+ years of experience as a Sales Leader, Sales Director, or Head of Sales in SAAS/Software Sales and Enterprise Sales. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and manage a sales team. Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving business growth. In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, sales processes, and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. A strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to sales execution.
