Role & responsibilities Micro level day to day planning for meeting the projects and customer targets. To design Automotive 2W, 4W and Off-Road Vehicles Rear View Mirrors Design and Development. Hands on experience of DFM, DFA, DFMEA, GD&T & FEA of product and components. Having knowledge of mechanism of mechanical and electro-mechanical parts fit and function. Product Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Problem-Solving knowledge. Knowledge for different kinds of surface treatment for Automotive Components. Experience on Bench marking and VAVE. Knowledge of GD&T and tolerance stack-up analysis. Knowledge on Engg Raw material (Plastics, Aluminium and Zinc, Rubber, Sheet Metal, Steel etc) and manufacturing process. Knowledge of IATF 16949 system requirement and its compliance. Good communication skill and English speaking. Pre Exp must be in Automotive Industry. Preferred candidate profile Should have experience on Die Casting Design, Sheet Metal Design, Injection Moulding Design, Rubber Parts. Should have experience on APQP, DFMEA, CREO, CATIA, UG NX Software Having Mirror Design are highly preferred Automotive Background preferred. Should have Product design Experience Completed NTTF / GTTC will be an added advantage Pre Exp must be in Automotive Industry.
