Manage all RTO documentation for cranes, trailers, and heavy vehicles.
Handle processes related to registration, fitness certificates, road tax, life tax, and various permits.
Ensure timely renewal of vehicle-related documents and maintain proper digital and physical records.
Visit RTO offices for submission, collection, and follow-up on applications and clearances.
Assist in equipment purchase and sale documentation, coordinate with dealers, financiers, and buyers.
Handle miscellaneous external works related to vehicle compliance and company needs.
Must have working knowledge of RTO procedures, especially for cranes and trailers.
Prior experience in handling vehicle documentation and liaising with RTO offices is preferred.
Should have good computer knowledge to maintain and update records accurately.
Willing to travel for official tasks and external coordination.
