To excel in this role, you are expected to possess a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with at least 5 years of experience in designing and ensuring quality assurance of Oracle Retail Applications like RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB, and RSE services. Your expertise should extend to having a strong grasp and hands-on experience with Oracle Retail customizations. Furthermore, a good understanding of selenium-based test automation frameworks is crucial. While not mandatory, familiarity with cloud-based infrastructure and web services would be advantageous. The ability to work independently, demonstrate strong initiative, and efficiently manage workloads to deliver high-quality results are qualities that will be highly valued.
