The main purpose of this position is to maintain a good relationship with customers by providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support to Key Accounts & Preferred Account (KA & PA). This includes offering technical consulting, problem-solving, supporting Proof of Concept (PoC), Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), and product testing. Additionally, providing technical training and on-site seminars to customers and supporting any additional tasks required by the supervisor to achieve strategic objectives. The major areas of responsibility for this position include: 1. Working closely with the CSM/RSM/BDM/KAM to provide technical support and solutions for KA & PA. This involves responding to requests for proposal, resolving customer applications using technical expertise, and ensuring customer satisfaction. 2. Supporting projects in the pre-sales stage by studying and analyzing tender documents, proposing suitable solutions, and executing Proof of Concept (PoC) and Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for Moxas channels and end customers. This also includes supporting pre-sales activities such as seminars, customer visits, and exhibitions to present product features and value propositions. 3. Providing internal and external technical training to either Moxa colleagues or customers. 4. Handling additional assignments or projects on demand as required by the supervisor to achieve strategic objectives. Minimum job requirements for this position include fluency in the English language, a college degree in Engineering or a related field, at least 3 years of working experience with network products, familiarity with network technologies such as VLAN, RSTP, IGMP, NAT, VPN, and Routing Function, and preference for certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or above.,
