Role & responsibilities Duties Client On-boarding is a key function performed at the forefront of the firms commercial aspirations. We work hand in hand with the PWM Sales teams in providing a best in class on boarding experience for new clients. Client On-boarding is responsible for capturing all necessary information for regulatory and firm policies and perform due diligence on all new accounts and works closely with PWM business teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal, and other Operations groups to ensure a positive client experience during the on-boarding process. Our ability to partner in this role is key and therefore a significant skill-set for this role is stakeholder management. HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Develop relationships with PWM business teams, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal, and other Operations groups to ensure that PWM Operations is providing the highest quality introductory experience throughout the on-boarding process Ensure that all client documentation required by the Firms Customer Identification Program (CIP) is received, reviewed and approved within the appropriate time-frames in line with AML and Know Your Client requirements Understand Front to Back data flow to ensure downstream systems correctly recognize approved clients, products and services, including Cash products, Client Statement and Performance reporting. Ability to resolve issues through coordination with PWM business, PWM Compliance, PWM Legal and other Operations teams Supporting SALES, CRM, and Other regional teams by providing accurate and timely information and overseeing all aspects of support of each pooled vehicle Skills BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree required. 3-5 years of work experience in Operations field. (preferrable) Experience working in Client On-boarding, Account Maintenance, Customer Identification Program (CIP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. Proven analytical skills, problem solving ability, and a control mentality paired with meticulous attention to detail. Aptitude for building relationships and ability to communicate complex issues to a wide array of internal clients with differing levels of product experience. Self-motivated and proactive team player who takes ownership and accountability & has strong organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities. Flexible and able to work well under pressure, manage high volumes, and collaborate with a global team while maintaining a positive attitude. Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Suite in particular Excel, PowerPoint and Microsoft Word. Education Graduation/ Post-Graduation

Provide end to end support and updates as required by the ICM/TFFI Mgmt on any audit related and administrative record keeping and reporting. Actively Assist & Support KYC Officers on any/all admin & IT related issues, bottlenecks, coordination, feedback & reporting. Ensure effective and proactive tracking of IT issues and drive them to resolution through active follow up with IT Business Resolution Teams and IT Support Teams. Liaise, track and assist on all administrative requirements as requested or handed over my the ICM/TFFI Sr Leadership. Gather inputs from the KYCO population and other relevant teams to build assessments on any ongoing or anticipated issues or bottlenecks in the KYC process. Your skills and experience A total of 5-6 years of experience in MIS/Audit reporting and/or coordination related to KYC domain is desired. Strong reporting, presentation, assessment skills and fluency in written and spoken English required. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and clients at all levels of seniority Accuracy, diligence, and the ability to deliver high quality results/reports within tight deadlines combined with strong analytical skills and ability to work under pressure. Demonstrable project/ process management experience required. Ability to work with/in teams to derive appropriate results as required by the Team Lead.
