Candidates with experience in site inspection, monitoring, and supervision of various bridge, highway, and road projects, particularly those utilizing advanced technologies and available to join immediately or within 7-15 days will be preferred. Gain a comprehensive understanding of the project, including objectives, scope of work, key stakeholders, contractors, and project deadlines. Familiarize yourself with project documentation and the project site. Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction activities and understand project challenges. Collaborate with the Senior Project Engineer/Team Leader and team to monitor daily progress. Keep accurate records of daily activities, site inspections, and project milestones. Monitor construction methodologies to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Maintain open communication with project team members and report punctually on project sites. Develop a deeper understanding of engineering principles and their practical application on the project site. Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and collaborate smoothly with team members. Be prepared to undertake any other tasks as required. This is a full-time position with health insurance benefits. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a Site Engineer (Civil) and be proficient in English. The work location is in Mumbai, Maharashtra, so reliable commuting or planning to relocate before starting work is preferred.,
