The Plant Operator for Purified Water Systems at a Pharmaceutical Company in Roha, Maharashtra, India will play a crucial role in the efficient operation and maintenance of the purified water systems within the facility. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around overseeing the operation of various water treatment equipment, ensuring the continuous supply of high-quality purified water, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards. You will be tasked with operating and monitoring a range of purified water systems, including reverse osmosis (RO) units, water softeners, deionization units, ultraviolet (UV) sterilizers, and distribution systems. Your attention to detail and commitment to following maintenance schedules will be essential in performing routine tasks such as filter replacements, membrane cleaning, and instrument calibration. In your role, troubleshooting operational issues and collaborating with the maintenance team to resolve equipment failures promptly will be a key aspect. Regular monitoring and analysis of water quality parameters like pH, conductivity, total organic carbon (TOC), and microbiological counts will also be part of your responsibilities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Maintaining accurate documentation of operating parameters, maintenance activities, and incidents related to the purified water systems will be crucial. Your strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and ability to adhere to safety protocols and standard operating procedures will contribute to a safe working environment and regulatory compliance.
