Oversee the day-to-day operations of the RMC batching plant. Plan and manage concrete production according to client requirements and timelines. Monitor and ensure quality compliance with IS standards and customer specifications. Handle raw material inventorycement, aggregates, admixtures—and ensure timely procurement. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and transport teams for timely dispatch and delivery. Ensure proper plant maintenance, servicing, and calibration of batching equipment. Maintain accurate records of production, dispatches, and inventory. Enforce safety, health, and environmental protocols within the plant. Address and resolve customer complaints related to concrete quality or delivery. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in RMC plant operations. Strong knowledge of concrete technology and batching systems. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Familiarity with quality standards and safety regulations in RMC production.Role & responsibilities Preferred candidate profile
