Primary role is to Recruit and onboard the FOS. 3. Should be from insurance broking background and having 5+ years experience & 2 + years experience in leader role. 4. Sound knowledge of insurance in retail Life insurance. 5. Primary role - Drive sales through the agency network, create a distribution network of agents in the area by guiding and motivating FOS/RM. 6. Conduct continuous agent RM and Agent training programs , also help them in coordination with different teams. 7. Cascade the information about the various sales contests and keep the team motivated. 8. Travel in the Area (8-10 Cities) to monitor & review the sales teams & help them drive agent recruitment & business nos. Preferred candidate profile 1. Candidates should have Insurance experience. 2. Flexible and adaptable to change. 3. Good analytical and problem solving ski 4. Should be willing to travel extensively. 5. Should be sales driven. 6. Strong understanding of market trends & competition products. 7. Good convincing Power and Good Communications skills both verbal and written
