Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's in Taxation preferred). CPA certification required. Minimum 6–10 years of relevant U.S. tax experience (public accounting and/or corporate tax department). Strong knowledge of U.S. federal and multi-state corporate tax laws. Experience with tax provision software (e.g., ONESOURCE, Corptax, or similar) and ERP systems. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
