Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced E-learning/Storyline Developer with 1-2 years of expertise in designing and developing engaging eLearning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in using Articulate Storyline, a passion for instructional design, and the ability to translate complex content into interactive and user-friendly digital learning experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Course Development: a. Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Storyline. b. Create custom interactions, quizzes, simulations, and gamified content to enhance learner engagement. 2. Content Translation: a. Collaborate with instructional designers, subject matter experts (SMEs), and stakeholders to understand content and learning objectives. b. Convert raw content into visually appealing and effective digital learning experiences. 3. Multimedia Integration: a. Incorporate multimedia elements like videos, animations, graphics, and audio to create immersive learning experiences. b. Ensure compatibility across various devices and platforms (desktop, tablet, mobile). 4. Quality Assurance: a. Test eLearning modules for functionality, usability, and responsiveness. b. Debug and resolve technical issues within Storyline projects. 5. Standards and Compliance: a. Ensure eLearning solutions adhere to industry standards such as SCORM, AICC, or xAPI. b. Apply accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) where required. 6. Innovation and Best Practices: a. Stay updated with eLearning trends, tools, and technologies. b. Suggest creative ideas and improvements to enhance the quality and effectiveness of eLearning solutions. Qualifications and Skills: 1. Education: a. Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, Multimedia, Education Technology, or related field. Equivalent experience will also be considered. 2. Technical Expertise: a. Proficiency in Articulate Storyline 360 (essential). b. Familiarity with other eLearning tools like Rise 360, Adobe Captivate, or Lectora is a plus. c. Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (e.g., Camtasia, Premiere Pro). 3. Experience: a. 1-2 years of experience in eLearning development and Storyline projects. b. Proven track record of delivering high-quality eLearning modules. 4. Soft Skills: a. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. b. Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving ability. c. Ability to work independently and in team environments. 5. Bonus Skills: a. Knowledge of instructional design principles. b. Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and their integration with eLearning courses. c. Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript for custom Storyline scripting
