You will be responsible for developing a Competency-based Performance Management System with quarterly Key Result Area (KRA) reviews. This includes collaborating with Heads of Departments to define KRAs for their teams by providing HR guidance appropriately. Additionally, you will need to develop a structured procedure to guide employees and their line managers in the appraisal process. Your role will involve collecting and analyzing performance appraisal results across various departments. You will be tasked with creating the annual appraisal calendar, ensuring timely communication with employees, and overseeing the execution of each activity in the Performance Appraisal Process within the specified timeframe and as per defined guidelines. In addition, you will be responsible for identifying training needs, preparing a training calendar, planning and executing training programs as per the calendar, maintaining training records, collecting training feedback, and conducting timely reviews. You will also be involved in the automation of the Performance Management System, including KRA reviews, Training & Development modules, and maintaining digital service records of employees with the help of IT. Furthermore, you will be expected to drive Employee Engagement Initiatives and implement and execute Employee Reward and Recognition schemes. This is a full-time position that requires previous experience in performance management, with 10 years being preferred. The work location is in person during day shifts.,
