Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 6 years of retail sales experience, strong communication skills in both English and Hindi, and a customer-focused attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain product displays and store cleanliness
• Handle billing and basic inventory tasks
• Communicate effectively with a diverse customer base

Requirements:

• 2 to 6 years of experience in retail sales
• Fluent in English and Hindi (mandatory)
• Strong interpersonal and sales skills
• Well-presented and customer-friendly
• Male or Female candidates can apply
