Job Summary:

Retail Sales Associate Trainer

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging classroom and/or practical training sessions in Retail Sales, Customer Service, and Store Operations.
Develop and customize training content, modules, and activities as per industry requirements and NSDC/SSC standards (if applicable).
Train candidates on key concepts like selling techniques, visual merchandising, billing, stock handling, and customer relationship management.
Conduct assessments, skill tests, and evaluations to monitor student progress.
Facilitate soft skills and workplace readiness sessions relevant to retail roles.
Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback documentation as per program guidelines.
Organize exposure visits, guest lectures, and mock interviews with industry professionals.
Support placement and post-placement follow-ups when required.
