Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products. Handle high-value transactions with attention to accuracy and detail. Maintain store cleanliness, product display, and stock levels. Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients. Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Provide detailed product information (jewellery quality, value, and offers). Work closely with the showroom manager and team to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 1-3 years of experience in retail showrooms, preferably selling luxury products such as jewellery, diamonds, watches, or fashion accessories. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales aptitude and a customer-centric mindset. Must possess a valid Indian passport.
