Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our retail outlet team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in creating a welcoming shopping experience, providing expert product advice, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in customers warmly.
• Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products.
• Demonstrate product features and benefits (training will be provided).
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about products, prices, offers, and new arrivals.
• Handle billing, basic invoicing, and payment collection (training provided if required).
• Organize and maintain store displays, stock, and cleanliness.
• Manage customer inquiries, follow-ups, and service requests politely.
• Support inventory checking and stock replenishment.
• Assist in promotional activities and visual merchandising when needed.
• Report daily sales and customer feedback to the manager.

Candidate Profile:

• Education: Minimum 10+2 / Diploma / Graduate (any field)
• Experience: 0–3 years in Retail / Customer Service / Tools Industry preferred (freshers welcome with good attitude)
• Good communication skills (English/Hindi/Local Language)
• Basic computer knowledge (Billing software/Tally/E-commerce basics is a plus)
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and customer-centric mindset
• Ability to work in a team and handle minor pressure during peak hours
