Job Title: Restaurant In-charge

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Restaurant Incharge to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food, service, health and safety, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and leading the team effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth functioning

Manage staff schedules, training, and performance

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service

Monitor inventory, supplies, and food cost control

Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly

Maintain hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to optimize efficiency

Manage budgets, sales targets, and financial performance

Implement and maintain standard operating procedures

Lead team meetings and foster a positive work environment

Requirements:

Ability to manage staff and multitask effectively

Knowledge of food safety and health regulations

Customer-first attitude and problem-solving skills
