Role Overview: As a Java Tech Lead , you will architect, design, and drive the delivery of enterprise-level applications. Youll work across agile teams, ensuring optimal system performance, secure coding practices, and solution scalability in a client-facing capacity. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement robust, scalable Java-based backend solutions Lead and mentor a team of developers in a fast-paced Agile environment Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system design and requirement refinement Drive the use of best practices in coding, CI/CD, and DevOps automation Integrate with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud environments Ensure compliance with secure coding standards and performance benchmarks Troubleshoot production issues and perform RCA for system incidents Contribute to solutioning and technical documentation Required Skills: 8–10 years of Java development experience, with at least 2 years in a Tech Lead role Strong command over Core Java , Spring Boot , RESTful services , Microservices architecture Familiarity with CI/CD , DevOps practices , Git , Jira , and Atlassian Suite Proven experience in handling solution design, automation, and production monitoring Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and distributed development models Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong focus on continuous improvement and secure coding Collaboration & Culture: Work closely with offshore/onshore teams for solution delivery Participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives Encourage a collaborative, proactive, and growth-oriented environment Apply Now: If you are a passionate technologist looking to lead high-impact Java projects for a global client, Claidroid Technologies welcomes your talent.
