As a IRM ServiceNow senior associate at Northern Trust, you will play a crucial role in driving the development, estimations, implementation, and customization of solutions using ServiceNow GRC modules. ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, and CIS are highly desirable, and excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are required. Nice to have skills for this role include experience with additional ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, PPM, CSM, HRSD, and SecOps, knowledge of Virtual Agent and Integration Hub, and experience with Agile methodology.
