Resort Reservations Manager ( Female ) Read terms

Eligibility Criteria:

• Gender: Female only
• Educational Qualification: Background in Tourism or work experience in tourism or hotel industry.
• Languages Required:
• Fluent in English
• Fluent in Hindi
• Fluent in Assamese
• Technical Skills:
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to communicate via email
• Proficient in using Excel and similar tools
• Personality Traits:
• Sincere and committed
• Disciplined and prompt
• Looking for long-term, stable employment
• Not suitable for those seeking short-term or unstable job changes

Job Responsibilities:

• Reservation Handling:
• Manage resort bookings
• Explain availability and related information clearly and professionally
• Coordination and Communication:
• Coordinate with guests and team for smooth booking operations
• Maintain updated records of all bookings
• Administrative Tasks:
• Respond to emails promptly
• Work on Excel sheets and maintain data accuracy
• Training & Support:
• Training will be provided
• Must be ready to learn and adapt to processes
• Work Setup:
• Work from home mostly
• Occasionally required to attend office
• On occasions, visit the property to understand on-ground operations ( rarely)
