Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) in the Cardiology, Thoracic & Vascular Surgery (CTVS), and Intensive Care Unit (ICU) departments at Kailash Hospital, Noida.
  • Assist senior doctors during surgeries, procedures, and rounds to ensure smooth functioning of hospital operations.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data, test results, and treatment plans in accordance with hospital policies.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss complex cases and share knowledge with colleagues.
  • Ensure effective communication with patients' families regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and prognosis.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • MBBS degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1-5 years of experience as an

    RMO

    or equivalent role in

    CTVS.


  • Strong understanding of cardiac surgery techniques, vascular interventions, ICU management principles.
  • Excellent clinical skills with ability to work independently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in using electronic medical records systems (EMRs).
