Populate numerical geomechanical models with geological, geophysical data, rock properties, and relevant pressure and temperature conditions, in collaboration with our Technical Center experts. Execute numerical geomechanics models and manage results data repository. Conduct Finite Element modeling and coupled flow and geomechanics modeling. Create, manage, and analyze Mechanical Earth Models (MEM). Qualifications: Mid-career level experience in geomechanics, petrophysics, or related fields. Strong understanding of upstream operations and geomechanical modeling. Experience in working with Finite Element modeling, mechanical earth models, and coupled geomechanics modeling. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts. Knowledge of shale and tight, carbon sequestration, deepwater, and heavy oil assets is a plus.
