Responsibilities: Conduct in-depth research on market trends, industry dynamics, and consumer preferences to identify opportunities for our clients growth and innovation. Utilize a variety of primary & secondary research methods, including surveys, interviews, desktop research and focus groups, to gather actionable insights. Interpret research findings and translate them into actionable recommendations and strategic insights that drive branding/strategic outcomes. Present research findings and recommendations to key stakeholders in clear, concise, and compelling formats, both verbally and through written reports. Collaborate closely with brand managers/executives and the copywriting team to develop brand strategy by integrating the insights discovered through research. Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in market research to continuously enhance the effectiveness of research methodologies and techniques.

This role will have a close focus on the Customer Success domain , who are responsible for support cases submitted by customers across all of our products. This is a complex problem space and w e work closely with stakeholders to ensure our expe riences are strategically designed to meet employee, business, and customer goals. We are looking for a strategic , full-stack , experience designer with a diverse set of design skills and experience with stakeholder management . They must be very famili a r with desig n thinking method s and how to use these methods to tell a story, not just execute on requirements . They will take an active and in quisitive approach, working with product and engineering teams to deliver on objectives and outcomes, setting a high bar, and enabling exceptional results. Develop a clear understanding of our user s, the business, and objectives Support user and market research from planning through analysis of findings Participate in concepting, ideation, and the planning of digital experiences, striking a balance between established paradigms and innovative approaches Lead the development of personas, user journeys, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes Help to plan and facilitate stakeholder interviews, customer interviews, and co-creation workshops ? ? ? ? ? Take an exploratory approach, considering the full range of opportunities across content, interaction, and third-party technologies Help develop product roadmaps and scope definition balancing feasibility, viability, desirability, and what is possible within time and budget constraints Minimum Qualifications? ? S alesforce experience, or experience designing in third-party technologies Familiarity with Figma and Mural E xperienced storyteller and conceptor with experience working in a diverse environment to develop concepts that deliver our results N ot just UX design skills but the ability to implement strategic and conceptual thinking H igh-quality design work that also tells a story that you are a deep design thinker Fa miliarity with planning , execut ing , and consum ing different research methods, including interviewing, contextual inquiry, usability testing , sometimes in partnership with a UX Research partner.
