Role & responsibilities Fragrance Brief Development: Collaborate with marketing and Product Development to write compelling fragrance briefs based on product positioning, regional preferences, price points and consumer expectations. Fragrance Evaluation and Selection: Evaluate submissions from FHs using sensory tools and consumer feedback. Conduct internal panel testing and coordinate product stability and compatibility tests. Cross Functional collaboration: Work closely with Product development team, Marketing and Regulatory team Regulatory & Compliance: Diligently monitor the fragrance compliance with appropriate regulatory frameworks required for the market of operation, coordinate necessary documentary supports with Fragrance Houses on required compliances. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications : B.Tech in Cosmetic Technology/ Masters in perfumery or related discipline. Work Experience : 3-6 years Experience in the fragrance (FH/FMCG) industry. Experience in fragrance evaluation of skin cleansing category, home care, skin care and fabric care. Skills : Sound understanding of Personal Care Products fragrances, Willingness to learn, Good at Communication, Clarity in thoughts, Enthusiastic, Self-driven, acute olfactive skills and olfactive memory. Hands-on experience in olfactive evaluations across categories, should be able to describe fragrances elaborately and have a sound olfactive memory. Knowledge Prior knowledge on Fragrance Development. Strong technical knowledge with a keen consumer understanding.
