Required MBA Finance Faculty

We are looking for an experienced and highly qualified individual to join our faculty team for the MBA Finance program . The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, a passion for teaching, and experience in the finance industry or academia. As an MBA Finance Faculty member, you will play a key role in shaping the academic experience of our students and preparing them for leadership roles in the financial sector. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality lectures on various MBA Finance courses such as Financial Management, Investment Analysis, Corporate Finance, Banking, Risk Management, and Financial Markets. Develop and update course materials, assignments, and assessments in line with current trends in the finance industry. Mentor and guide students in research projects, dissertations, and case studies. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback. Actively participate in departmental meetings and contribute to curriculum development and improvement. Engage in research activities, publishing papers in reputed journals, and collaborating with faculty on academic initiatives. Organize and participate in seminars, workshops, guest lectures, and other academic events. Collaborate with industry professionals and other departments to enhance the learning experience. Qualifications: Minimum Qualification: MBA (Finance) is Mandatory Experience: Minimum of 2–5 years of teaching experience in MBA Finance or relevant industry experience in finance-related roles. Preferred Qualification: Ph.D. in Finance, UGC NET Qualified. Strong knowledge of finance theories, practices, and tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop innovative teaching methods and engage students. Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for teaching and mentoring.
