Experience in data analysis, ESG ratings, and materiality assessments is crucial. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or ESG data management tools for sustainability analytics is required. Strong communication and report-writing skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret ESG data for strategic insights. The ideal candidate will hold a Masters degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields. Familiarity with CDP, SASB, TCFD, or other ESG frameworks is preferred.
