Job Title: Territory Manager - Franchisee Business Department: Sales - Franchisee Acquisition Company: MOFSL Reporting To: Team Leader, Franchisee Business Job Purpose: Responsible for sourcing and acquiring new franchisees, managing existing franchisee relationships, driving business development, and ensuring smooth conversion and compliance processes within the designated territory. Key Responsibilities: Source and acquire new franchisees. Manage and develop relationships with existing franchisees. Drive business conversion and cross-sell investment products. Monitor franchisee revenue progress and conduct joint meetings. Ensure franchisee compliance with internal audits and statutory requirements. Resolve issues related to limits, payouts, and operational matters. Coordinate training for new franchisees and ensure smooth client onboarding. Role Requirements: Graduate/Post Graduate/MBA in Marketing. NISM Certification. 1+ years of experience in broking or BFSI sales. Knowledge of broking, capital markets, and banking.
