Relationship Officer

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum
1+ year of experience in BFSI sales
is mandatory
Graduation completed (any stream)
Must have strong communication, client-handling, and closing skills
Local market knowledge of Goa is preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Work from assigned
bank branches
and convert walk-in or referred leads
Generate life insurance business through relationship management with branch staff and customers
Ensure achievement of monthly targets
Provide post-sales service and maintain policy records
Maintain strong coordination with bank RM and internal teams
