Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in Baroda. The ideal candidate will have 11 years of experience in wealth management, portfolio performance analysis, and business development.
Roles and Responsibility

Address HNI clients'' investment requirements through exclusive product offerings and superior service delivery.

Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans to acquire new corporate customers.

Manage a group of HNI clients, providing financial products to meet their needs.

Cross-sell to mapped broking clients and services according to customer needs.

Enhance and retain customer profitability by capturing a larger share of the wallet.

Ensure portfolio profitability by generating high income per customer.

Job

MBA/PGDBA/PGPM or equivalent degree; AMFI/NISM certification is preferred.

Proven experience in wealth management, portfolio performance analysis, and business development.

Strong knowledge of financial products, including debt, structures, equities, MFs, and fund-based real estate.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work with HNI clients and provide tailored financial solutions.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
