Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have 7 years of experience and be based in Equitas Small Finance Bank.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services.
Conduct thorough analysis of client financial situations to offer expert advice on mortgage options.
Build and maintain a network of industry contacts to stay informed about market trends and competitor activity.
Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Relationship Manager in retail mortgages or a related field, with a minimum of 7 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of the BFSI industry, particularly in small finance banking and retail mortgages.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets consistently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to assess complex financial situations.
Experience working with internal teams, such as sales and operations, is essential.
