Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team in the retail mortgages sector. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions. Identify new business opportunities and grow existing client relationships through effective sales strategies. Conduct thorough analysis of client financial data to provide expert advice on mortgage products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of mortgage products and services to clients. Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to client queries and resolving issues efficiently. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Job Strong knowledge of retail mortgages and related products. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience working with diverse client groups and building long-term relationships. Familiarity with industry-standard software and technology systems.
