Job Description

We are seeking a customer-focused Relationship Manager RBB to manage and grow the retail customer portfolio. The role involves deepening customer relationships, cross-selling banking products, and delivering personalized financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of retail banking customers (liabilities and assets)
  • Cross-sell banking and third-party products: savings, current accounts, FDs, insurance, mutual funds, loans
  • Drive customer engagement through regular interactions and service excellence
  • Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets
  • Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and other regulatory requirements

Key Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Sales and relationship management expertise
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Basic knowledge of investment and insurance products
  • Proficiency in banking software and MS Office tools
