We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with existing clients to ensure timely repayment of loans and maintain high customer satisfaction. Identify new business opportunities through networking and referrals to expand the client base. Conduct thorough credit assessments and provide personalized solutions to meet client needs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly targets. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions. Job Requirements Proven experience in Micro Finance, preferably in MLAP, with a strong understanding of financial products and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are necessary to assess credit risk and provide effective solutions. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet sales targets. Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance requirements is essential. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
