We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with SBL. Roles and Responsibility Manage relationships with merchants and other stakeholders to drive business growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase merchant onboarding and revenue generation. Build strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Identify new business opportunities and expand the bank's customer base. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in relationship management, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of mortgages, merchant onboarding, and relationship management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
