Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage relationships with existing customers to increase sales and retention.
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, referrals, and networking.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly targets for consumer finance products such as two-wheeler loans, automobile loans, personal loans, and durable loans.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

Desired Candidate Profile

3-8 years of experience in consumer finance or related field (consumer durables, consumer electronics, showroom sales).
Strong understanding of consumables industry dynamics including pricing strategies and product offerings.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
