Job Description

Role & responsibilities Identify potential High Net Worth Individual (HNI) customers, creating and closing new business opportunities in alignment with the company's strategic direction. Build and maintain strong client relationships by effectively handling objections and cancellations, ensuring a high level of customer service at all times. Prepare sales proposals and presentations for prospective clients. Generate revenue for the organization by collecting annual maintenance and pending bills, reviving and reinstating dissatisfied members. Achieve ambitious targets in a results-focused environment. Work effectively towards ensuring member satisfaction. Assist with member payments and handle complaints and discrepancies. Proactively call members, inform them of their eligibility, and encourage them to utilize Club services appropriately. Preferred candidate profile Graduate/ Post graduate in the Sales field with 3+ years of experience in Direct sales or Corporate sale & B2C sales with good communication and convincing skills. Preferable from Time share, Hospitality, Banking or Insurance industry only. Customer service, Problem solving experience and Market working experience is must.
