Role & responsibilities (Meet & Greet) 1. Reception and Greeting - Welcoming patients and visitors. - Providing directions and information about hospital facilities and services. - Assisting with wayfinding within the hospital and handing over to the concerned staff at RHC for further assistance. - Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 2. Patient Registration Support - Helping patients with the basic registration process. - Guiding patients on where to go for their appointments or treatments. 4.
