As a Manager in the Energy Markets & Regulatory Practice, you will play a crucial role in leading and executing consulting assignments related to policy, regulation, and market dynamics within the power and energy value chain. With a minimum of 7 years of experience, preferably in Management Consulting, you will be responsible for driving high-impact projects that influence the energy sector's landscape. Your key responsibilities will involve spearheading consulting assignments in the energy sector, focusing on regulatory and policy advisory. You will serve as a Project Manager or Team Lead in engagements with Regulatory Commissions, Power Utilities, and other key stakeholders. Independently developing financial models, including ARR / Tariff models across various energy segments will be a significant part of your role. Additionally, you will be tasked with preparing draft tariff orders, ARR and Multi-Year Tariff petitions, draft regulations, Statements of Reasons (SOR), and discussion papers, contributing to the practice's growth and success. Your preferred experience in consulting within the energy sector, particularly with regulatory bodies and utilities, will be highly valued. Exposure to power market advisory and experience managing teams will be advantageous. Demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the Indian Power sector and possessing strong financial modeling and energy market analysis skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required, while experience with energy modeling tools will be beneficial. The project aims to create interactive panoramas from street-level positions globally by developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining hardware and sensors for various platforms. As a Compliance Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be ensuring the regulatory integrity of international shipments. This involves conducting pre-shipment trade and regulatory research, collaborating with third-party vendors, auditing and verifying shipping documents for compliance with regulations such as FCPA and Anti-Bribery, liaising with brokers and external parties, and coordinating with Legal and Tax teams for import/export processes. Your duties will also include providing clearance instructions to customs brokers, troubleshooting shipment issues, ensuring compliance of commercial documents like Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Airway Bills, entering order forms into internal systems, supporting Tax and Customs audits, conducting due diligence on external parties, monitoring Personally Identifiable Information (PII) and Denied Party Screenings, maintaining brokerage performance reports, and resolving international customs-hold shipments. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field, at least 3 years of experience in the logistics industry with exposure to trade compliance, regulations, inventory, or warehouse management, 2+ years of domain experience in Hardware Operations, proficiency in spreadsheets, stock management, and forecasting, adaptability in a fast-paced environment, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and knowledge of trade compliance rules and regulations. Looking for someone from chemical background not pharma Relevant Experience with Skills and Key Responsibilities: Responsibilities: 1) The regulatory specialist will assist IDS senior staff to research (monitor, analyze and create) content regarding global chemical regulatory compliance for industrial/specialty / household/cosmetics/agricultural/ pesticides/biocides hazardous and non-hazardous chemicals and products. 2) Strong regulatory research and analytical skills as demonstrated by 2+ years relevant industry experience 3) Ability to understand and apply scientific, and technological knowledge and the regulatory law to the particular needs of the customers in global geographies for chemicals management and control solutions 4) Preparation of regulatory research report for various products in different geographies such as EU, US, China, India, Korea, ASEAN, and other countries 5) Working knowledge in EU REACH registration services, dossier submission via IUCLID 6, and full registration services; good knowledge of Safety Data Sheet Key Features : 1) Critical thinking regarding information and process 2) Excellent English report writing skills 3) Mon-Fri 9.5 hours per day including lunch, tea etc. 4) WFO (preferred) or Flexi or WFH 5) Self-motivated, with Excellent time management 6) Passion to learn new information and to build on existing knowledge 7) Experience in providing the chemical and chemical product consultancy services 8) Experience in regulatory compliance/ regulatory affairs 9) Additional non-English international language skill is a plus.
