The team is responsible for the following functions: Checkout / Delivery of Standard reports / Monthly factsheet Production Liaise with upstream teams for ensuring data accuracy Metrics reporting to management on a daily basis. Preparation & delivery of Custom Reports Co-ordination of regulatory reports for GSAM Manage changes for client statement disclosures and footnotes Access provisioning to GSAM.com Oversight of timeliness and accuracy Supervisory and management reporting responsibilities based on expertise and overall performance BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Relevant experience of 3 - 5 years Good communication skills and ability to clearly articulate issues is crucial Attention to details and strong financial risk awareness Strong analytical and logical skills. Forward thinking, with an ability to problem solve and think creatively Ability to go through large daily volumes and stay focused throughout the day Exposure to project-based work, especially with thinking through and delivering policy and process improvements. PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Commerce degree from tier-1 or 2 institutes with exposure in Finance. Self-motivated team player, ownership, accountability, organizational/prioritization skills, proactive, ability to multitask, ambitious, independent, positive mind set Good PC skills - MS Office Inclination to learn automation tools or new vendor tools will be helpful in the long term Business Intelligence Tools like Alteryx, Tableau etc.

HOW YOU WILL FULFILL YOUR POTENTIAL Contribute to a broad platform that serves as the client's main point of contact for a diverse set of functional areas, including Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Legal, and Compliance Provide a superior level of service across all aspects of client experience, including management of client inquiries, ad hoc issue resolution, and enabling customized and standardized report delivery Help coordinate life-cycle events of client accounts, including implementation of new business, account restructures/terminations, and impact from regulatory changes. Requires managing tasks across various teams including Strategic Client Services, Client Implementation, Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, Controllers, Risk Management, Legal, Compliance, and Accounting/Billing Work on special projects that build out the service model and infrastructure to create scale and efficiencies within the CCG organization Manage client deliverables including reporting requirements (performance and operational reporting, commentaries) and other service needs as identified by the client Navigate the organization internally and collaborate across teams including business and operations to resolve client queries in a timely fashion Respond to information requests from clients including information questionnaires, audit requests, and ad-hoc and recurring client inquiries Develop a strong awareness of client interests and investment trends coupled with the intellectual curiosity to explore and research those areas to best deliver the resources of the firm to our clients BASIC QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or finance-related studies 3+ years of work experience at an asset management firm / other financial services organization Strong project management and problem solving skills including an ability to organize and track multiple threads of activity to deliver on tight timelines and a hands-on approach to resolving issues, in partnership with other teams Strong interpersonal skills including an ability to build trust and confidence of colleagues across different regions, strengthen relationships through ongoing dialogue, and collaborate well with others internally to meet client needs Basic knowledge of the asset management business, financial markets and investment funds or separately managed accounts An understanding of portfolio construction, risk management or accounting principles would be beneficial Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail, time management skills and excellent follow-through Strong written and oral communication skills Motivated and proactive self-starter with strong work ethic Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Word and exposure to business intelligence tools PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Financial services industry experience

Role & responsibilities Prepare comprehensive techno-commercial proposals for STP, ETP, and Other Water Treatment systems. Prepare accurate and comprehensive BOQs and equipment lists for pricing and procurement. Conduct technical presentations and meetings with clients, consultants, and stakeholders. Clarify client queries related to design, technology selection, and costing. Maintain regular follow-ups after proposal submission for closures and modifications. Select appropriate technologies for wastewater treatment and prepare feasibility reports. Define detailed technical specifications for all plant components and equipment. Provide detailed technical support to in-house teams: purchase, execution, erection & commissioning. Formulate customized and innovative process flow diagrams (PFD) and process & instrumentation diagrams (P&ID). Lead the design of treatment systems including sizing of units, equipment selection, and hydraulic calculations. Guide retrofitting and up gradation strategies for underperforming or old treatment plants. Ensure all deliverables are aligned with project timelines and technical accuracy. Supervise and mentor a team of process engineers and proposal executives. Assign responsibilities and review outputs of team members to ensure efficiency and development. Build a knowledge-sharing culture by updating the team with current technologies and industry standards. Coordinate with finance and commercial departments for payment follow-ups and recovery. Ensure scalability, cost-effectiveness, and operational efficiency of designed solutions. Provide project status updates to management and directors on a regular basis.
