Responsibilities
1. Create regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
2. Support depot Managers with day-to-day store operation
3. Evaluate depot and individual performances
4. Report on regional sales results
5. Forecast quarterly and annual profits
6. Identify hiring needs, select and train new salespeople
7. Prepare and review the annual budget for the area of responsibility
8. Analyze regional market trends and discover new opportunities for growth
9. Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions
10. Participate in decisions for expansion or acquisition
11. Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to increase customer satisfaction
