Regional Sales Lead Eximp Measurement Private Limited Experience - 5 8 yrs Location: Delhi & South Openings:2 Job Description Be responsible for the generation and management of all aspects of your targeted sales. Responsible for making sales calls and visits at customer sites on a regular basis. Seek out customers/business opportunities with new and existing customers. Establish and maintain customer relationships in order to grow profitable sales. Generate profitable sales orders in India ( Northern / Southern and associated plants/assets) buy visiting them, making presentations etc. In conjunction with the Business Development Manager you will assist in the sourcing of new customers, identifying the potential scope of existing customers as well as maintaining contact with dormant customers. You will also be responsible for representing the Company at trade exhibitions, events, demonstrations, and presentations. Where required assist in advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions. You will also assist in the gathering, analysing, and use of market data. Including all aspects of new market identification. You will lead the proposal process from inquiry to final submission for all opportunities. You will produce technically and commercially compliant proposals to agreed timescales and in accordance with company procedures You will assist the Proposals Engineers throughout all stages of the proposals process, from inquiry to final submission for all system project leads Ensure sales lead follow up on all opportunities. When required be the primary external customer interface on designated inquiries, this includes proactive and responsive interaction with the customer. Participate in the creation and idea generation of new marketing campaigns and assist others with related marketing activities as required. You will be assigned and be responsible for the achievement of set sales targets which you will be required to report on a weekly /monthly basis. Provide weekly reports and updates on customer visits, opportunity platforms, and upcoming schedules. Update CRM and Maintain/track ongoing opportunity and funnel (KU/MP/WP) Skills and Personal Qualities Strong Verbal and written communication skills and an ability to communicate effectively at all levels both within and outside the company, with a strong emphasis on being able to effectively communicate proposals information. Strong customer focus on both internal and external customers Effective decision-making skills Good Self-discipline and an ability to meet demanding schedule requirements whilst maintaining high quality work. Excellent team working skills Self-tasking and an ability to work with minimal supervision Good attention to detail and accuracy in written work. Structure approach to work with ability to set and work to agreed timescales. Qualifications and Experience Essential: BE. Instrumentation or relevant Engineering background Familiarity with oil and gas industry Desirable: - similar segment of EMPL Salary: 800,000 to 10,00,000 P.A Industry: Oil/Energy/Power/Infrastructure Functional Area: Measurement
