Qualifications and Requirements B.Com, B.A, BBA, B.Sc, BBM, M.Sc, M.Com, or a related field. 1-3 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cookware, kitchenware, or consumer durable industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong local market knowledge of Coimbatore and surrounding regions. Fluency in Tamil and English (both spoken and written). Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with CRM tools is an advantage. Self-motivated,target-driven, and capable of working independently. A valid license is mandatory A two-wheeler is preferred for travel within the city. 2. Job Responsibilities Identify and onboard retail outlets, kitchenware stores, and wholesale dealers across Coimbatore. Promote and sell Krombrg's premium cast iron cookware through direct interaction and relationship-based selling. Develop a strong understanding of the product to communicate features, benefits, and value propositions effectively. Maintain and grow long-term relationships with B2B clients and channel partners. Achieve monthly sales targets and regularly report progress to management. Collect customer feedback and market intelligence to refine sales strategies and inform product development. Coordinate with the logistics and dispatch team to ensure timely delivery and order fulfillment. Maintain accurate records of sales, client communications, and leads using internal CRM systems.
