At AlgoSec, your role as a Regional Sales Director is crucial in contributing to the success of over 2,200 leading organizations worldwide that trust AlgoSec to secure their critical workloads across various networks. As a part of our global Sales team, you will be based in Mumbai, India and will have a direct employment with us. Your responsibilities will include leading by example, setting high expectations, and providing effective coaching and mentorship to ensure the success of your team. It will be essential for you to consistently deliver against targets, accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual goals for the assigned region, and manage the region efficiently by prioritizing efforts and generating both short-term and long-term results. You will be expected to establish sales force structure, process strategies, and resource plans to capitalize on key opportunities in target markets within the Region. Collaboration with various teams such as sales engineering, customer success, product, marketing, and engineering will be crucial to creating a seamless customer experience. To qualify for this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field, along with at least 10 years of successful field management experience in leading sales teams. Furthermore, you must have deep experience in selling with partners, building relationships with C-Level executives, and exceeding quarterly quotas consistently. Experience in Salesforce CRM, international sales markets, and cybersecurity solutions will be advantageous. Your dynamic sales expertise, ability to build and motivate teams, excellent interpersonal communication, and presentation skills will be key attributes for success in this role. A willingness to travel up to 50% of the time is required to meet the demands of this position.
