Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive sales and business development of medical furniture products across assigned states.

Work aggressively on the field, meeting clients, conducting demos, and understanding market dynamics.

Achieve and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Develop and execute strategic regional sales plans aligned with overall business goals.

Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team; provide training, guidance, and performance feedback.

Establish strong relationships with hospitals, healthcare institutions, dealers, and decision-makers.

Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead in the industry.

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and ensure targets are met regionally.

Lead ground-level execution and ensure customer satisfaction through excellent post-sales support.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum 10 years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in the healthcare or medical equipment industry.

In-depth understanding of the healthcare ecosystem and hospital procurement processes.

A go-getter with strong field orientation and a hands-on approach to sales.
