Regional Manager - Broca Broking Channel

Role Summary: The Regional Head will be responsible for driving life insurance sales across the Piramal Finance network in the assigned region. The role entails managing strategic partnerships at a regional level, ensuring revenue growth, maintaining high levels of partner engagement, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. The individual will lead a team of Territory Managers/Cluster Managers aligned to Piramal Finance branches and ensure achievement of key business objectives. Designation Regional Head Broking Channel To Clear pending buckets group credit business from the partner branches. Ensure the issuance of the logged in business. Training the partnership branches to minimise the discrepancy. Increase the value penetration and presence. Helping the partner branches in their sales call regarding our product. Education & Experience : - Graduate / Postgraduate with at least 1 years of experience, Prefer from Credit Life Sales, 8-12 years of experience in life insurance, bancassurance, or financial services sales. Broca JD :- The Regional Head Broking Channel will be responsible for driving business growth and strategic relationships with insurance brokers across the assigned region. This leadership role requires a high-performing individual with deep understanding of the insurance and broking ecosystem, strong team management capabilities, and a proven ability to deliver results in a competitive market. Skills required Interpersonal , communication, team work , decision making at local level. Qualification Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Management, Finance, or related field. Experience 10-15 years ( preferably in life insurance with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing broker or partner channels. Work Experience Prior experience in managing large partnership accounts (especially NBFCs, HFCs, or banking channels) is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving sales goals.
