Regional Asset Manager- Maintenance & Projects

Role & responsibilities

BER Replacement/High Failure count

Oversee the upgrade of outdated designs, ensuring alignment with current industry trends.

Develop and execute strategies for the timely BER replacement to maintain standards.

Checks on high failure count- Cold-room, Oven, Makeline, DG, ACs etc

Store Upgradation

Develop and execute plans for the periodic upgrade and modernization of restaurant facilities to enhance the overall customer experience and operational efficiency. Identify and assess the need for replacing outdated/old designs or equipments within the region.

Old design replacement for Signage, DMB, Fly catcher

Coordinate with Operations, Quality and Project teams to execute store upgrade(IHR), store reimagine projects efficiently

Develop a comprehensive plan for the periodic upgrade of store furniture as per requirement, installation of PMS machine in stores.

Charging Infrastructure:

Evaluate and implement charging infrastructure for electric delivery vehicles and other electric-powered equipment

Collaborate with external partners to ensure compliance with local regulations and standards for electric vehicle charging

Compliance

Monitor and ensure that all restaurants within the region comply with Company Food Safety Norms (NSF Audit)

Meeting the customer satisfaction through proper ambience (Mystery Audit- Infra)

Scrap Management & Warehouse compliance

Proper disposal of equipment and materials from warehouse.

Bike Discard.

Proper warehouse management.

Asset innovation

The Regional asset manager should work with external vendors and innovators to bring new assets that are lower on capex or opex or both and helps with better reliability

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification BE / B. Tech

Experience 6-10 years experience in the specialised Engineering FMCG / Retail / Services and Real/Hospitality Industry/ Estate industry.
